Continuously increasing active cases / 949 new coronas were found infected, six people died

Active cases of corona are increasing day by day in the country. Although the number of new infected came down to 949 in the last 24 hours, but in the last two days, active cases increased due to getting more infected. At the same time, six more people died.

Now the total number of infected in the country has increased to 4,30,39,972. Active cases have also increased to 11,191. At the same time, the total death toll has increased to 5,21,743. According to the information given by the Union Health Ministry on Friday morning, active cases in the country are 0.03 percent of the total infected, while the recovery rate is 98.76 percent. In the last 24 hours, there has been an increase of 133 in active cases.

According to the ministry, the daily positivity rate is 0.26 percent and the weekly positivity rate is 0.25%. At the same time, the total number of people recovering from the disease has increased to 4,25,07,038. The mortality rate is 1.21%.

Meanwhile, some concern has increased due to the infection of children and teachers in the schools of Delhi NCR. Apart from Delhi, students and teachers have also been found corona infected in Ghaziabad and Noida. These schools have been closed and students have been sent on leave. Parents have become worried due to increasing cases of infection among children. After about 12 days, CBSE Class X and XII examinations are also to start in schools. In such a situation, the concern of parents has increased more.

Vaccination campaign is going on in the country. So far 186.30 crore doses have been given. Vaccines are being given to children in the age group of 12 to 18 years along with the vaccination of adults. Recently, the government has allowed paid booster doses to adults who have received two vaccines earlier.
