Rajya Sabha :  Today is the third day of the monsoon session of Parliament. The proceedings of both the Houses have been adjourned till 2 pm. AAP MP Sanjay Singh has been suspended for the rest of the monsoon session in the Rajya Sabha for arguing with Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar on the Manipur issue.

In the Rajya Sabha, Union Minister Piyush Goyal brought a proposal to suspend Sanjay Singh. This motion was passed by voice vote, after which Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar took action against Sanjay Singh.

Opposition MPs raised slogans on the Manipur issue in both the Houses of Parliament. He raised the demand that Prime Minister Modi should make a statement on the Manipur issue in both the Houses of Parliament. At the same time, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that we are ready to discuss in Parliament.

There was also an argument between the Chairman and the TMC MP.
