Adipurush Controversy : A petition has been filed in a Delhi court seeking a stay on the release of the film Adipurush. The way Lord Rama and Ravana are portrayed in this film, it is not digesting the audience. The petition alleges that Lord Rama and Hanuman are shown in an inappropriate and incorrect depiction wearing leather bandages. It is also said that Ravana is shown in a wrong form.

According to the information, the teaser of the big budget film 'Adipurush' based on filmmaker Om Raut's Ramayana has been embroiled in controversies since its release. Many Hindu organizations have demanded a ban on the film, accusing it of defaming religion. The teaser of 'Aadipurush' was released last week.

There has been a lot of criticism for the role of the 10-headed Lankesh, the king of demons in this film. The role of Lankesh is played by Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. The filmmakers have been criticized by many for saying that it reflects the Islamization of 'Ramayana'.

Hanuman is depicted with a beard without a moustache and his robe is of leather, which has been criticized. Lord Rama is depicted with a moustache, making an unusual depiction of Hindu deities.

Due to this, the road ahead for the film looks to be full of difficulties, as many political parties and right-wing groups have criticized the film's teaser. He warned the makers of the film 'Adipurush' that he would send them a legal notice if the scenes depicting religious characters of Hindus in a wrong way were not removed.
