The Varanasi court has taken a big decision regarding the Gyanvapi mosque. The judge has bluntly said that the work of survey which is incomplete will continue. The report of the survey will be presented in the court on May 17. The Muslim parties had demanded the change of the court commissioner. Giving its opinion on this subject, the court has said that the commissioner will not be changed. If anyone creates obstacles in the work of the survey, then penal action will be taken against him.Only they are allowed to go to the survey siteVaranasi Court has said in its order that application 61C is accepted. Respondent No. 1 and 3 are ordered to complete the commission proceedings in light of the facts mentioned in the application 11C. In continuation of the earlier order by the court at the place of commission proceedings, no outsider will be present in the commission proceedings except the plaintiff-respondent and the advocate concerned, the advocate commissioner and his assistants and the persons related to the commission proceedings. The Director General of Police and the Chief Secretary are directed that they will supervise the related proceedings. The court has said that so that the administrative officers of the district cannot make any excuse to postpone the commission proceedings.Survey will be done from 8 am to 12 noonCommission proceedings should be completed every day from 8 am to 12 noon. This process will continue till the survey is completed. If any obstruction is created by anyone in the commission proceedings, then the district administration should take strictest legal action by registering an FIR. According to the order, the commission proceedings will not be stopped under any circumstances. Whether co-operation by any of the parties or not. The suit clerk is ordered to immediately send a copy of this order to the concerned officers as per rules. The advocate commissioner will file the commission proceedings report before the court by May 17.
