Chandrayaan 3 Mission: After the rover Pragyan of Chandrayaan-3 sent by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), now the lander Vikram has also gone into sleep mode. According to ISRO scientists, Chandrayaan-3 has completed its work. Better results have been seen than what was expected from Chandrayaan. Along with this information, ISRO has also shared a special picture of 'Moon Hop'.

ISRO has tweeted giving information about Rover Pragyan and Lander Vikram present on the moon's land. It has been told through tweet that Vikram Lander has been sent to sleep mode today at 8 o'clock according to Indian time. Scientists told that the lander receiver has been kept on and after the solar energy is over, the Vikram lander has reached sleep mode next to the rover Pragyan. Now everyone is expecting Vikram and Pragyan to be active again on 22nd September.

Rover completed its work on the moon

Rover Pragyan and Lander Vikram of Chandrayaan-3, launched on July 14, have completed the work so far. Whatever information has been sent by the rover to the earth so far, it is being studied. Explain that Rover Pragyan has detected aluminum, iron, titanium, calcium, manganese, siliconol and sulfur on the south pole of the moon along with oxygen. With this discovery, India is the first country in the world to have given evidence of oxygen on the south pole of the moon. ISRO's next stop is to find evidence of life in this part of the moon.

Rover traveled 100 meters in 10 days in Pragyan

ISRO scientists had created history by soft landing on the surface of the moon at 6:30 pm on August 23. Rover Pragyan stepped on the moon about four hours after the lander Vikram landed on the moon. Rover Pragyan has covered a distance of 100 meters in the last 10 days from the Shivshakti point on the moon where the lander Vikram had stepped. After completing the journey of 10 days, it has now gone into sleep mode.

Lander's receiver has been kept on

ISRO wrote on X (Twitter), “Vikram Lander went into hibernation at around 8 am Indian time. Earlier experiments were carried out at the new location by CHASTE, Rambha-LP and ILSA payloads. The data that was collected was sent to Earth.” The payload was turned off and the lander's receiver was kept on. Along with this, ISRO told that Vikram will go into inactive state near Pragyan after the solar energy is over and the battery stops getting energy. He is expected to be activated around Sep 22, 2023.

Lander again soft landing on the moon

Before going into sleep mode, Vikram again made a soft landing on the moon. ISRO said that the engines of the lander were restarted and after this it raised itself about 40 cm and landed safely after 30-40 cm. Again the soft landing proved that all the instruments inside the lander are absolutely fine and all are active.
