What will Chandrayaan-3 discover on the South Pole

Now, taking lessons from the past mistakes, ISRO is once again sending Chandrayaan-3 to the South Pole. The first reason for this is that till now no space agency has reached this part of the moon and the second and most important reason is that the possibility of getting water and minerals is being expressed here. It has been believed that if there is snow here, there will be water as well, apart from this, due to the low temperature, minerals will also be there in sufficient quantity.

Why is it a challenge to land on the South Pole?

The possible landing places are also limited here.
