Actually, ASP Divya Mittal had registered a total of 3 FIRs including two in Ajmer's Ramganj police station and one in Alwar Gate police station regarding drug smuggling. In all the three cases, Sunil Nandwani, director of Dehradun-based pharmaceutical company Himalaya Meditech, was made an accused. Investigation was going on by clubbing both the cases registered at Ramganj police station and most of the accused were being caught in these cases.

When Nandwani applied for bail in the court, Divya also hid the fact from the court that she is an accused in other club cases as well.
