On the other hand, due to increase in arrival of new mustard crop in the market, the price of mustard oil oilseeds has also seen a decline. That is, now the common people will definitely get some relief in the kitchen budget.

Mustard oil prices fall

According to the market people, the Chicago Exchange oil-oilseeds is running on strength. Sources said that despite the rise in foreign markets, due to increased arrival of new mustard crop in the mandis, the prices of mustard oil oilseeds are showing a softening. Earlier, there was a continuous increase in oil-oilseeds.

when will oil be cheaper

Apart from this, earlier in the market, the price of mustard oil used to be 25-30 rupees more than soybean and cottonseed oil in light oils, it is also likely to be cheaper now. After the arrival of the new crop increases, it is expected to become cheaper by Rs 5-7 a kg in 15-20 days as compared to these light oils.

Groundnut oil also became cheaper

Along with this, the country should emphasize on increasing oilseeds production to get relief from rising inflation and to reduce the import of edible oils as well as to achieve self-sufficiency in oilseeds sector.
