Sandeshkhali Case / CBI released email ID regarding Sandeshkhali case, said- public should complain on this

Sandeshkhali Case: Sandeshkhali has been at the center of discussion in the past. When the ED team reached the house of TMC leader Shahjahan Sheikh to raid, the ED team was attacked. After this, women started protesting in Sandeshkhali and accused Shahjahan Sheikh and his associates of sexual exploitation of women, land grabbing and assault. When the matter escalated, Shahjahan Sheikh was first arrested by the Bengal Police. After this, the ED and CBI team took him into custody and interrogated him. Now there is a new twist in this matter.

CBI released email ID

Actually CBI has issued an email ID. Issuing sandeshkhali@cbi.gov.in email ID, CBI appealed to the people that the public can complain to the CBI in the Sandeshkhali case, which will be investigated by the CBI. The CBI said that the order of the Calcutta High Court which was given on April 10, 2024 that there are crimes and land related cases against women in Sandeshkhali, North 24 Parganas. In this case the public should complain to CBI. After this order, CBI has launched an email ID for such complaints in Sandeshkhali.

CBI's eye on Sandeshkhali case

On behalf of CBI, DM of 24 Parganas district has also been asked to issue public email ID to the public and issue public notice. Before this order, CBI had taken over the cases of attack on ED and three cases related to atrocities on women and arrested Sheikh Shahjahan and many of his associates. In order to ensure that the hearing in this case can proceed and complaints can be received, CBI has issued an email ID sandeshkhali@cbi.gov.in, so that the public can lodge their complaints on this email ID.
