Chandrayaan 3 / Chandrayaan-3 will be launched on July 14, will create history with soft landing on the moon

Chandrayaan 3: The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has announced on Thursday that the much-awaited Chandrayaan 3 will be launched on 14 July. Chandrayaan 3 will be launched through Heavylift Vehicle LVM 3 at 2.35 pm. This launch is to be done from the Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. A day before this, a video of preparations was released by ISRO in which an encapsulated Chandrayaan was being connected to the launcher.

ISRO has announced the launch date on Twitter. ISRO has written on its official Twitter handle that the launch date of Chandrayaan 3 is being announced. LVM3-M4 / Chandrayaan 3 mission is scheduled to launch from Sriharikota on July 14 at 2.35 pm. The chairman of ISRO said that Chandrayaan 3 will be launched on July 14, which will reach its destination on August 23.

If all goes well, landing will happen in August

ISRO has told that the date of July 14 has been made on the basis of some calculations, in which it is seen that when the sunrise will happen on the moon. If everything goes well, then the landing will happen on time, otherwise the landing will be postponed till September. Chandrayaan 3 is actually a follow up mission of Chandrayaan 2. The landing capability has been enhanced in Chandrayaan-3, which is specially designed for safe landing on the moon.

Will investigate on the surface of the moon

According to ISRO officials, Chandrayaan is carrying three special instruments to probe the lunar surface, which will monitor the areas around the landing and transmit the details to Earth. It will investigate the lunar surface's vibration, atmosphere, fundamental composition etc. This year, Chandrayaan 3 spacecraft has successfully completed the required tests. It is all set to launch.

Chandrayaan 2 had a crash landing

Chandrayaan 2, India's mission to know the lunar surface, crashed during the lunar surface, due to which contact with it was lost. Chandrayaan 2 was launched on 22 July 2019. This mission failed due to Vikram Lunar Lander crash. Please tell that after the launch of 22 July, its landing was being done on 6 September.
