Faridabad. The court verdict has arrived in the famous Nikita Tomar Murder Case case of Faridabad, Haryana. The court convicted the main accused Tausif and Rehan. The third accused, Azru, has been acquitted by the court. The court will pronounce the sentence on 26 March. Faridabad Sessions Judge Sartaj Baswana's court has given this decision. It may be noted that in this case, the police had registered 302 murders, 364 kidnappings, 366 forced marriages, 120 criminal conspiracies, 34 common intensions, FIRs under the Arms Act. The trial of the Nikita murder case, which took place on October 26, is going on in the fast track court. Police arrested the killers after the incident was captured on CCTV.

Significantly, Nikita Tomar was a BCom final year student. On 26 October, she was tried to kidnap her in an I-10 car when she was exiting the final exam from Aggarwal College in Ballabgarh. When Nikita protested this, the accused shot her. In this incident, he died on the spot. The entire incident was captured in the CCTV camera installed in the college. The police arrested three accused during the investigation, including Tausif, Rehan and Azharuddin. The statements of about 55 witnesses have been recorded in this case. After leaving, the court can hear the judgment on March 24 in this case.

Nikita was shot and killed outside her college on October 26 last year in Ballabhgarh. A young man named Tausif was accused of shooting Nikita. The police also arrested Tausif's friend Rehan in this case. Tausif had studied up to class 12th with Nikita. He was accused of kidnapping Nikit in 2018 as well, but Nikita's family later withdrew the complaint after it was compromised.
