India's data center expansion is set to create over 4.33 lakh jobs by 2030 and drive demand for 19.5 crore square feet of housing, particularly in Maharashtra and Karnataka, according to a Square Yards report.

In essence, wherever a data center is established, the surrounding area could gradually evolve into a new urban corridor.
