Karnataka | A retired employee and his 4 sons committed suicide in Belgaum district of Karnataka. It is being told that the wife of the retired employee died of black fungus. On Saturday, the police said that the incident comes under Hukeri taluk. According to the police, Gopal Hadimani, 46, committed suicide on Friday night by his four children - 19-year-old Soumya, 16-year-old Sweta, 11-year-old Sakshi and 8-year-old Srijan Hadimani.

According to the police, the neighbors of this family first got suspicious when no member of the house was seen for a long time in the morning. After this, these people immediately informed the police. After this, the relatives of the deceased were informed. Relatives said Hadimani's wife died of black fungus near Kovid-19 in the month of July. He was deeply saddened by the death of his wife.

A relative told reporters, 'He and his children often used to say that he cannot survive without his wife. Relatives said the woman's children often referred to their mother over the phone and were deeply saddened. Police have said that now further investigation is being done in this matter.
