Delhi Police has registered a case against a YouTuber for allegedly harassing a Bollywood actress on social media. This information was given by the officials on Sunday.

Gaurav Sharma, Deputy Commissioner of Police (South West), said that the actress had filed a complaint alleging that YouTuber had run hashtags with scenes from certain films on social media platforms with an intention to hurt her honour. Some wrong messages were spread against him.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police said that on the basis of the complaint, an FIR has been registered at Vasant Kunj (North) police station under relevant sections and investigation is on in the matter.

Delhi Police says IPC sections 354D (pursuing), 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) and 67 of the IT Act (prohibition of publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form). Punishment) a criminal case has been registered.
