Lok Sabha Election: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday targeted the Indian alliance and alleged that Congress has expertise in delaying work and killing rights and they did not even allow the brave soldiers of our army to get 'One Rank, One Pension'. . He said that 'One Rank, One Pension' for army personnel was implemented when Modi came. Describing Ghazipur as the land of soldiers, Modi said that the land of Ghazipur tells stories of valor and bravery. The tradition of Ghazipur and the name of Gamhar village here are enough, where brave men emerge from every house. Has anyone got this glory except Ghazipur? The whole country is indebted to this soil. 

• Taking aim at the opposition Samajwadi Party, Modi said, "The 'Prince' of SP had once said that he would stop the 'entry' of the mafia and then he went and sat at the feet of the mafia itself. SP nurtured mafias and gave them tickets. This time Samajwadi Party has given ticket to Afzal Ansari, brother of mafia Mukhtar Ansari, from Ghazipur Lok Sabha seat. Modi claimed, “During the SP era, the situation in the state was such that mafias used to roam around in red beacons and issue warnings to the law in open jeeps. Opponents were openly gunned down. Riots had become the identity of Uttar Pradesh. There were 2-3 riots every month during the SP government. The poor suffered losses due to this. Now the riots have stopped under Yogi government and the rioters have also stopped.
• PM Modi said that Congress has expertise in delaying work and killing rights. They did not even allow the brave soldiers of our army to get 'One Rank, One Pension'. 'One Rank, One Pension' was implemented when Modi came. How the Congress had mocked our army soldiers for their penance, how they had thrown dust in their eyes, how they had tried their best to fool them. He said, “After the Bharatiya Janata Party announced me as the prime ministerial candidate in 2013, my first rally was in Rewari, Haryana and there I had said that I will implement ‘One Rank, One Pension’. Congress people got scared that Modi has announced, what to do now? He hastily threw dust in everyone's eyes and put Rs 500 crore in the budget and wrote 'One Rank, One Pension'. Then conferences of ex-servicemen were held across the country, where the 'Prince' of Congress chanted 'One Rank, One Pension'. 
• He said, “When you gave me the opportunity to serve as Prime Minister and I took up the job, I was shocked to see how he had betrayed the army. They (Congress) showed off 'One Rank, One Pension' by writing Rs 500 crore. I said that I want to implement 'One Rank, One Pension'. Modi said, "You will be surprised to know that till now Rs 1.25 lakh crore has been deposited in the accounts of ex-servicemen by implementing 'One Rank, One Pension'. 
• Now someone tell me why Rs 1.25 lakh crore is needed and in front of it there is a drama of Rs 500 crore. Is this cheating or not? This is dishonesty and an insult to ex-servicemen.'' Attacking the opposition leaders, Prime Minister Modi said, ''Be it Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, or the entire country, leaders of dynastic parties keep building 'palace after palace' for their families. But the villagers, the poor, the farmers-labourers, the Dalits and the deprived continued to struggle for the small needs of life.    
• PM Modi said that we gave Prime Minister houses to four crore families. We opened bank accounts of 50 crore poor people. We have provided electricity to every village, we are providing water to every home. Today no poor person has to sell his land for treatment, because today he has Ayushman card. He said, “If my mothers have to suffer illness then what is the point of this son sitting in Delhi. That's why this son of yours decided that now Modi will take the responsibility of treating the illness of the poor. Today Ayushman Yojana helps crores of families in trouble. 
• Indi alliance people are standing together in the loot of SC-ST-OBC reservation. But this Modi is standing in front of them with his chest raised and I guarantee... As long as Modi is alive, I will not let him snatch the reservation of SC-ST-OBC under any circumstances. I will not allow games to be played on the basis of religion. Modi is the watchman of the rights of the deprived.
• PM Modi said that the work we did changed the lives of the poor. In just 10 years, 25 crore people have come out of poverty... This happened because your vote strengthened Modi. We gave PM Awas to 4 crore families. We opened bank accounts of 50 crore poor people. 
• The people of Indi alliance have betrayed Ghazipur. After independence, Congress had sworn that it would not develop this area. The people here are forced to live suffocatingly in poverty. The problem here was first raised by our Gahmari Babu, he told the situation here to Nehru ji in the Parliament and with tears in his eyes, Babu ji said how the people here used to pick wheat from animal dung and eat it. 
• The land of Ghazipur tells stories of might and bravery. The tradition of Ghazipur and the Gamhar village here… this name itself is enough. Where brave men emerge from every house... Has anyone got this glory apart from Ghazipur... The whole country is indebted to this soil.
