New Delhi : Congress will hold a show of strength against the summoning of Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the National Herald case. All party MPs, CWC members and general secretaries will march to the ED's office along with former party president Rahul Gandhi. ED has summoned Rahul Gandhi for interrogation and recording of statement on June 13.

Congress general secretary and organization in-charge K.C. Venugopal held a meeting with AICC general secretaries, state in-charges and state presidents through video conference on Thursday. The preparations for June 13 were discussed in the meeting. The party has decided that it will conduct satyagraha in front of ED offices across the country including Delhi. With this, the party has decided that a march will be held to the ED office in Delhi.

The party has already directed all Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MPs, Congress Working Committee members and state in-charges to reach the party office by 9:30 am on June 13. A party leader said that all the MPs and members of the CWC will march to the ED office along with former Congress President Rahul Gandhi. Party leaders will conduct satyagraha in a peaceful manner at the ED office.

There is a difference between loyalty and performance: Rahul

Rahul Gandhi has surrounded the government regarding inflation. The Modi government has failed to show loyalty to the country and the people, he said. In a Facebook post, he wrote that there is a difference between loyalty and performance. The Center has neither been able to maintain loyalty to the country nor to the people. Referring to inflation, he said that if you think that inflation will come down further, then you are in misunderstanding. Get ready for the new blow of the government in the coming days.
