LinkedIn claims to have only publicly viewable data

The company said that private member account data has not been taken from our platform. But the report clearly states that the data of the users has been taken from LinkedIn itself.

It is known that a few days ago, the data of 53.3 crore users of Facebook was leaked out of which 61 lakh data was also from Indian users. This leaked data also included every information of the users. In this case, Facebook had said in its clarification that this happened in the year 2019, which was fixed by the company in the same year.

LinkedIn has begun to invest in data breach. Bloomberg told them that they are investigating this matter and they will see which users have leaked data. To avoid this, users have been advised to change the password of the account linked to LinkedIn.
