The United Kisan Morcha has called for a Bharat Bandh on 26 March against agricultural laws. The Morcha claims that they are getting support across the country. At the same time, there was a situation of confusion among the traders of Delhi. The same issue was discussed by the Chamber of Trade and Industry (CTI), the apex association of traders in Delhi, with all traders, in which most traders have decided not to close the shop.

CTI Chairman Brijesh Goyal said that we have received feedback from all the traders after discussing the Bharat Bandh of March 26 with Delhi. Most of the traders said that they support the farmers' issues. The central government should resolve this issue as soon as possible. Farmers should be relieved, but as far as the closure of markets is concerned, 98 percent of the traders said that closing the shops on 1 day will not solve the problem. Merchants have already suffered significant economic losses due to Corona.

CTI said that most of the traders say that the central government should talk to the farmers and solve their problem, so that the borders of Delhi can be opened, because the problem of jam on the border has also affected the movement of goods. Many merchant factories and warehouses are in Sonipat, Kundli, Rai, Noida and Ghaziabad. Merchants, employees and customers are also suffering a lot in the movement of the border.

Apart from this, one side is that the cases of corona are increasing in Delhi and all over the country and the way the festivals like Holi etc. have been banned, if the corona cases increase in the near future, then the possibility of lockdown May also occur. This is the reason why most traders are no longer in favor of closing their shops.

That is why on 26th March in Delhi, Chandni Chowk, Sadar Bazar, Khari Baoli, Naya Bazar, Chawdi Bazar, Kashmiri Gate, Karol Bagh, Connaught Place, Lajpat Nagar, Sarojini Nagar, Laxmi Nagar, Gandhinagar, Kamla Nagar, Nehru Place, All the major markets of Delhi, including all the major markets like South X, Rohini, Pitampura, etc. will remain open. Along with this, all the factories in 28 industrial areas will also be open. Significantly, on February 26, a business organization called Bharat Bandh against the provisions of GST, but it had no effect in Delhi and all the markets of Delhi were open.

The Bharat Bandh has been announced on the call of the United Kisan Morcha on the completion of 4 months of the farmers' struggle on the borders of Delhi on 26 March. This bandh will be done from 6 am to 6 pm. There is a plan to stop all services except ambulance and other essential services. The roads on which the farmers are going on strike in Delhi are already closed. During this time alternative routes were opened. These alternative routes will also be closed from 6 am to 6 pm during today's Bharat Bandh.

The United Kisan Morcha demands that the three agricultural laws be repealed. Laws should be made on MSP and procurement, all police cases against farmers should be canceled. Electricity bills and pollution bills should be returned, along with diesel, petrol and gas prices should also be reduced.

At the same time, Dr. of United Kisan Morcha. Darshan Pal Singh appealed to the protesters to make this bandh successful by being peaceful, do not get involved in any kind of illegitimate debate. It is the result of the patience of the farmers that the movement has gone so long. We are constantly getting successes.
