Rape Case / Father was raping his own daughter for 3 years kept silent by threatening

Rape Case | An incident that shames humanity has come to light in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. In which a 45-year-old man has been arrested on Monday for raping his own 19-year-old daughter continuously for three years. This Haiwan had been threatening the girl and raping her for three consecutive years. The accused used to threaten the victim that if she told this to anyone, he would throw her mother and brother out of the house.

Police said that the victim was a minor when the father raped her for the first time, the father committed the rape of her three years ago.

The accused once again tried to rape his daughter on Monday. The accused father threatened the victim that if she tried to tell anyone about this, he would throw her mother and brother outside the house. Troubled by the harassment, the girl finally told her mother and two others about it and later lodged a complaint with the Aishbagh police station in Bhopal.

Threatened to kill brother

In her complaint, the victim told the police that she was raped for the first time by her father three years ago when no one was in their house. At that time the father had threatened the victim that if she told anyone about this time, he would kill her brother. The accused have been booked under POCSO and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and sent to judicial custody.
