Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, income tax collection has increased three times in 10 years. I have cut the tax rate. No tax is payable for those with income of Rs 7 lakh. Will further reduce the deficit by 2025-2026. The fiscal deficit is estimated to be 5.1%. There is an expenditure of Rs 44.90 lakh crore and the estimated revenue is Rs 30 lakh crore.

No change in tax slab

No change in direct or indirect tax slabs.

Defense expenditure increased by 11.1%, now it will be 3.4% of GDP.

Asha sisters will also be given the benefits of Ayushman Yojana.

Research on oilseeds will be promoted. Every month 300 units of electricity will be given free.

40 thousand general rail coaches will be like Vande Bharat
