It is worth mentioning that even before when the Gurjar Reservation Movement program took place, every time lawsuits were filed. Such FIRs are formalized with no action taken. Because after the movements, the point of withdrawal of the lawsuits filed in the agreements with the government is also included.

In the FIR, Colonel Bainsla, Vijay Bainsla, Bhura Bhagat, Hariram Amin, Rajaram Adda, Yadram Sarpanch, Vijayaram, Narottam, Atrup, Ramahans, Totaram Pahalwan, Captain Harprasad, Capt. Jagmohan, former Upazila chief Ramswaroop Kamar, Jhalram Nagar, Dayaram, Pushpendra Nagar , Pintu Chanchi, Jagaram Devlen, Matol, Mohan Singh, Nihal Singh, Mohan Singh, Totaram, Kartar Singh, Virendra Gurjar, Darbari, Arami, Sugar Singh Kherra, Ramkesh Chinga, Sheesharam Master, Hakim Singh, Hansraj Gurjar etc. is.


At the same time 2500-3000 people involved in the Mahapanchayat have also been included. It is stated in the FIR that no permission was taken by the organizers in relation to the gathering before the administration nor any undertaking was given to the district collector.


At the same time, the rules made in relation to the corona epidemic were also not followed. Describing the mahapanchayat as illegal, it has been said that a public notice was issued on behalf of the collector on October 16 in this regard. Nevertheless, the leaders printed and distributed pamphlets to invite more and more people to the Mahapanchayat, and Narottam, Hansraj, Atrup and Rajaram arranged tents and mikes etc.
