Gill took the interview

Was he nervous when he was batting on 190? What did Virat Kohli say to him in between? What happened between Kohli and Ishan Kishan when the youngster was on his way to big records? These are some of the questions for which many cricket lovers would like to know the answer. Ishaan himself has removed the curtain from this whole secret. Shubman Gill interviewed Kishan after the match, the video of which was shared by BCCI. Kishan completed his double century in only 126 balls, which is the fastest double century ever in ODI cricket.

What happened to Virat?

Ishaan said during this time, 'Obviously, I am feeling very good after being included in the list of veterans like Sachin (Tendulkar), Virender Sehwag, Rohit Sharma.' Then Gill asked what was the conversation you had with Virat when you were getting close to 200, on this Ishaan said, 'I first said that brother keep telling me to take a single. I will blow (the ball) or else go ahead, I am getting a lot of that (fire to score runs) from inside.'

'Then play by hitting...'

Gill further asked that you scored the fastest double century today, which is also the first century of your ODI career, so did you come to the ground after thinking. On this Ishaan said, 'No, I had not landed thinking anything like this. Guess I saw myself straight around 90 and then sober up. Then directly looked at 146 from there. After that directly watched on 190. I was not thinking anything, I felt that the wicket is so good, then why to stop forcefully and play. If you have such a good condition, then play only by hitting.
