Imran Khan PTI: The demand to ban PTI, the party of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, has now started rising. In the Shahbaz Sharif government, Defense Minister Khwaja Asif said that Imran considers the army as an enemy. He sees the army as an opponent. Imran's entire politics is from the lap of the army and today only the players of the army are standing. Khwaja Asif said that 'not only I am saying this, but all the leaders who have left PTI are saying this'. After the arrest of Imran, he called the military action on the May 9 violence as 'legitimate'.

Imran Khan has also criticized the violence of 9 May. Imran has demanded an independent inquiry into the violence. The PTI chief claims that the violence was planned. With the allegations of conspiracy to eliminate PTI, Imran Khan says that anti-social elements will be exposed if there is an investigation. The Shahbaz government can enact a law against those who criticize the army. Khwaja Asif says that the government will take every step to prevent the security forces from being targeted.

Imran Khan did not condemn the violence – Khwaja Asif

Former PM of Pakistan Imran Khan has not yet condemned the violence in clear words. However, Imran Khan in his address appealed to the party workers not to commit violence. He also criticized the arson at the Corps Commander's House in Lahore. Imran says that violence was done under the conspiracy. However, Khwaja Asif alleges that Imran is saying that he was not aware of the violence. Shehbaz's minister said that Imran had his own phone, and that he had said many times that the reaction was expected, and that if there was a re-arrest, there would be violence.

Considering banning PTI, no decision yet

Khwaja Asif alleges that Imran Khan challenged the foundation of the country on 9th May. Defense Minister Khawaja Asif says PTI challenged the foundation of the state on May 9 by "challenging the defense establishments". Asif asked if there was any crime which was not committed on May 9? The ISI office was attacked, they tried to enter the cantonment at Sialkot, but that attack was foiled… They also set fire to the Lahore Corps Commander's house. Now the government is considering banning PTI. No decision has been taken yet.
