Congress Yatra: Rahul Gandhi's 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' has entered West Bengal. Rahul's journey reached Cooch Behar from Assam this morning. When Rahul Gandhi reached Cooch Behar, Congress State President Adhir Chaudhary welcomed him. On entering Cooch Behar, Bengal, Rahul Gandhi said that I am happy to come to West Bengal. We are here to listen to you and stand with you.

Rahul said that BJP-RSS are spreading hatred, violence and injustice, hence the India Alliance will fight against 'injustice' in the entire country. The Congress MP also said that we have added the word 'justice' in the yatra because injustice is prevalent across the country. Let us tell you that Rahul Gandhi's 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' in Bengal started a day after Mamata Banerjee's announcement of contesting the elections alone.

The TMC supremo had announced on Wednesday to contest the Lok Sabha elections alone. Both Congress and TMC are part of the India alliance, but Mamata gave a big blow to the India alliance by announcing that she would contest the elections alone.

Rahul will visit 6 Lok Sabha seats in 5 days

This yatra will pass through Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, North Dinajpur, Darjeeling, Malda and Murshidabad districts. The yatra will last for a total of five days in Bengal, in which Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will visit six districts and six Lok Sabha seats. This yatra entered Bakshirhat in Cooch Behar district on Thursday. The Yatra will enter Bihar on 29 January. However, on January 31, the Yatra will again enter Bengal from Malda.

TMC will contest Lok Sabha elections alone

TMC had announced on Wednesday to contest the Lok Sabha elections alone. Mamta Banerjee said that I had no discussion with the Congress party. I have always said that we will contest elections alone in Bengal. I am not worried about what will be done in the country but we are a secular party and we are in Bengal. He further said that we alone will defeat BJP. I am part of the India alliance. Rahul Gandhi's Nyaya Yatra is passing through our state but we were not informed about it.
