Infinix Smartphone / Infinix Smart-8 smartphone launched at ₹6,749 – with fingerprint and more

Infinix Smartphone: Hong Kong based tech company Infinix has launched Infinix Smart-8 smartphone in India. In this new smartphone, the company has provided a 50MP AI camera for the first time in the segment. For the first time, a side mounted fingerprint is also provided in the smartphone. Apart from this, it is the first smartphone in Infinix's smartphone segment, which has an 8MP selfie camera with flashlight. The smartphone has been launched in two storage and four color options with MediaTek Helio G36 processor running on Android 13Go.

The price of the smartphone on the company's official website is ₹ 6,749. Buyers will be able to buy it from e-commerce website Flipkart from January 15.

Infinix Smart 8: Specifications

Display: Infinix Smart 8 has a 6.6-inch HD display with 90Hz refresh rate. Its maximum brightness is 500 nits.

Processor: For performance, the smartphone has been provided with MediaTek Helio G36 processor running on Android 13Go operating system.

Storage: According to the e-commerce website, Infinix has launched the smartphone in two storage options 8GB + 64GB and 4GB + 64GB.

Camera: For the first time, a 50MP main camera has been provided in Infinix Smart 8 for photography. The company has provided an 8MP camera with flash light in the smartphone for selfie and video calling.

Battery: For power backup, the smartphone has a 5000mAh battery with Type-C charging port. Once fully charged, users will be able to enjoy 39 hours of calling, 50 hours of music and 36 hours of video streaming.

Other features: The company has provided interactive magic ring feature for the first time in the smartphone segment. Apart from this, the company has also given side mounted fingerprint for the first time in its segment.
