While 25 year old businessman Ketan Agrawal was pouring his heart and resources into making his future wife happy, Siya was reportedly scripting his death. The arrest of Siya and Chetan has revealed a story of betrayal that has left the public and the police in disbelief.
The Grand Birthday Surprise and Romantic Proposal
According to family sources and friends, Ketan Agrawal wanted to make the 20th birthday of his fiancée, Siya Goyal, an unforgettable event. Siya's birthday was on June 19, and Ketan had been meticulously planning the celebrations for over a month. A recently surfaced video shows a glimpse of this affection, where Ketan is seen presenting a bouquet to Siya inside a magnificent luxury convertible car decorated with flowers. In another heart-wrenching clip, the couple is seen enjoying a romantic dinner at a high-end restaurant. During this dinner, Ketan went down on one knee to express his love and presented her with an expensive gift. To further elevate the celebration, Ketan had booked approximately 40 rooms at a luxury resort in Mahabaleshwar, where both families and friends were invited to join the festivities.
Wedding Preparations Amidst a Deadly Conspiracy
The relationship between Ketan and Siya seemed ideal to outsiders. The couple got engaged in February this year with great pomp and show. Plans for their wedding were already in motion, with a historic and luxurious palace in Udaipur, Rajasthan, booked for November. On June 18, just a day before Siya's birthday, Ketan died after falling into a 400 foot deep gorge at Lohagad Fort. Initially, the incident was reported as a tragic trekking accident. Siya tearfully informed Ketan's family that he had slipped while trying to take a photograph. To further cement her image as a grieving fiancée and gain public sympathy, Siya posted a deeply emotional message on Instagram, while she shared photos with Ketan and wrote a caption in Hindi stating that her heart knew he was still there and pleaded for him to come back. Following intense interrogation by the local police and other authorities, both Siya and Chetan have confessed to their crime.
