Delhi Liquor Policy: Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia has reacted to the ED raids in connection with the alleged scam in the Excise Policy case. He said- "Earlier they did raids by CBI, nothing came out. Now they will raid with ED, nothing will come out." The leader of the Aam Aadmi Party said- "I have worked honestly, nothing will come out anywhere." The Enforcement Directorate raided 30 places in 6 states including Delhi-NCR on Tuesday morning.

According to ED sources, the accused in the FIR, Vijay Nair, Manoj Rai, Amardeep Dhal, Sameer Mahendru were involved in the framing and implementation of the excise policy and irregularities, while Amit Arora, Dinesh and Arjun Pandey were close to Sisodia. All these accused used to manage the money collected from the liquor license holders for the officers. The accused Arun Ramchandra Pillai, through Vijay Nair, used to send money from Sameer Mahendru to the accused officers.

It is alleged that the L1 license holders used to issue credit notes to the retailer. And by showing wrong entries in the ledger, they used to reach the money to the public servant. According to the ED, it is alleged that Arjun Pandey took a huge amount of Rs 2-4 crore in cash from Sameer Mahendru through Vijay Nair.
