Twitter will take legal action against Meta

According to earlier reports, citing a letter sent by Twitter lawyer Alex Spiro to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Twitter has threatened legal action against Meta Platforms over its new, text-based app Threads.

According to the report, Twitter's Representative Counsel Alex Spiro accused Meta of unlawfully using Twitter's trade secrets and other intellectual property by hiring former Twitter employees to build a "copycat" app.
