Cerebral palsy (CP) is caused by abnormal development of a person's brain or damage to the parts of the body that control movement and balance. Due to this the affected person is not able to conduct the muscles normally. Children with cerebral palsy have mental illness, learning disabilities, problems with seeing, hearing and speaking.
