Kisan credit card

Kisan Credit Card (KCC) scheme was launched by the Central Government in 1998 to provide adequate credit to farmers for their farming or agricultural expenses. Under these agricultural or central government schemes, the Government of India provides assistance to farmers with agricultural loans at a concessional rate of 4 percent per annum in the form of government subsidy for agriculture. Till now 2.5 crore farmers have availed the benefit of this scheme.

Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has been started by the Central Government, which gives Rs 6 thousand annually to the farmers. Any farmer in the country can apply under this scheme.
