On Wednesday evening, Ayushi Bahl (23), a resident of East of Kailash, Delhi, set herself ablaze by pouring diesel at City Park, Sector-93A, Noida. Police took the badly scorched girl to Reality Hospital where doctors declared her brought dead. The girl has not blamed anyone for the death in the suicide note.
Police station in-charge Sujit Upadhyay said that around 4:30 pm on Wednesday evening, the girl set herself on fire by spraying diesel in City Park near Twin Towers of Supertech. Police have recovered a two-liter diesel-filled bottle and a half-liter bottle, besides purse, mobile and suicide note from the spot.
On the basis of the document, after getting the number of Ayushi's family members, the police contacted and informed about the incident. Prima facie, it has come to notice in the investigation that the girl was very upset about some thing.
In a suicide note addressed to her parents, she wrote that her life was ruined. It is written for the brother that she is taking this step at the time of her examination, she should be forgiven. The girl has also written things for her grandparents and other family members. The police is trying to find out what happened to the girl, due to which she committed suicide after coming here from Delhi.The team of police and forensic department is engaged in investigating from all aspects. The girl had arrived after making all the arrangements for self-immolation. Police said that apart from empty and filled diesel bottles, ten matchboxes were found from the spot.
