After the Samravata controversy, now Meena has announced to start a fast unto death to get justice for the seven children who died in the tragic incident of Piplodi school building collapse. On Friday, Meena made it clear that until the families of the victim children do not get justice, he will not eat even a grain of food.

Will run the movement by observing silence

Naresh Meena has decided to observe silence to make his movement more effective. He said, "As long as this dharna continues, I will remain silent. I will only discuss the strategy with my colleagues for five minutes every day at 3 pm." Meena made serious allegations against the government and said that this tragedy happened due to corruption and negligence in the construction of the school building. He has demanded strict action against the guilty officials, proper compensation to the victim families and security check of all schools. Meena warned that his movement will continue until these demands are met.

Support sought from Beniwal and Pilot

To give widespread support to the movement, Naresh Meena contacted Rashtriya Loktantrik Party MP Hanuman Beniwal and Congress National General Secretary Sachin Pilot over the phone and appealed to them to join the fight for justice for the victim families. Along with this, Meena promised to give five goats to each family to provide financial assistance to the victim families.

Piplodi School Accident: A Tragedy

It is worth noting that in July 2025, the old building of a government school in Piplodi, Jhalawar collapsed during heavy rains. Seven innocent children lost their lives in this accident. After this incident, Naresh Meena had protested strongly against government negligence, due to which the police arrested him. However, after getting relief from the court, Meena has once again started fighting for justice for the victims.
