A total of 23 tableaux of States, Union Territories, Ministries and Departments will be seen on the duty path, in which 17 tableaux of States and Union Territories and 6 tableaux of various Ministries and Departments will be seen. These tableaux will reflect the country's rich cultural heritage, economic progress and strong internal and external security.

For the first time in the parade, only indigenous weapons, salute from indigenous guns, Air Force's Garud commando squad, BSF's camel squad included women guards.
