Raja Bhaiya's Wife Bhanvi Singh Files FIR Against MLC Akshay Pratap Singh Over Forgery

Bhanvi Singh, wife of Kunda MLA Raja Bhaiya, has filed an FIR against MLC Akshay Pratap Singh and his associates in Lucknow. The case, registered following an MP-MLA court order, involves allegations of forging documents to illegally seize a partnership firm and property.

In a significant legal development involving the family of Raghuraj Pratap Singh, popularly known as Raja Bhaiya, the MLA from Kunda, Pratapgarh, his wife Bhanvi Singh has filed a First Information Report (FIR) against MLC Akshay Pratap Singh and several others. The FIR was registered at the Hazratganj police station in Lucknow following a direct order from the MP-MLA court. Bhanvi Singh has leveled serious allegations against the MLC, claiming that he attempted to illegally seize her partnership firm and personal properties by creating fraudulent documents and misrepresenting facts.

Allegations of Forgery and Document Manipulation

Bhanvi Singh has raised grave concerns regarding the conduct of Akshay Pratap Singh, the MLC from Amethi. According to the complaint, Akshay Pratap Singh, in collaboration with his associates identified as Rohit Singh, Anil Singh, Ramdev Yadav, and two other unidentified individuals, allegedly prepared forged documents related to Bhanvi Singh's firm. The complainant stated that these individuals altered the official address of the firm without her knowledge or consent. This manipulation was reportedly part of a larger scheme to gain control over the business entity and its assets through deceptive means.

Conspiracy to Seize Partnership Firm Assets

The core of the dispute lies in the alleged illegal takeover of a partnership firm. Bhanvi Singh has claimed that in November 2020, the accused individuals executed a major act of forgery by showing Akshay Pratap Singh as a partner in the firm through fraudulent records. Bhanvi Singh asserts that the accused used fake affidavits, forged documents, and falsified her signatures to orchestrate a conspiracy aimed at occupying the firm's valuable properties. The complaint highlights that these actions were taken with the malicious intent of depriving her of her rightful ownership and control over the business assets.

MP-MLA Court Intervention and Police Investigation

The matter reached the legal system when Bhanvi Singh filed an application before the MP-MLA court in Lucknow, seeking judicial intervention against Akshay Pratap Singh and his associates. Upon reviewing the application, the Special ACJM court recognized the gravity of the allegations and ordered the Hazratganj police to register a formal case against Akshay Pratap Singh, Rohit Kumar Singh, Anil Singh, Ramdev Yadav, and the other accused. The court further directed the police to conduct a thorough investigation (v विवेचना) into the entire episode to uncover the truth behind the forgery claims.

Following the court's mandate, the Hazratganj police have officially registered the FIR under relevant sections of the law. SHO Vikram Singh confirmed the registration of the case and stated that the police department has initiated a detailed investigation into the matter. He emphasized that the investigation would be based on the collection and verification of evidence and documents, while the police official assured that appropriate legal action would be taken against the culprits based on the findings of the probe. This high-profile case continues to draw significant attention in both political and legal circles across Uttar Pradesh.
