Recently, while making a big announcement, CM Ashok Gehlot has talked about the formation of 19 new districts in Rajasthan. This has been done in Rajasthan after 17 years. There has been a long standing demand for the formation of many new districts. Meanwhile, the people demanding Maru Pradesh are hopeful that Ashok Gehlot can make a big announcement from the upcoming assembly elections.

The demand for making a desert region is strong!

Let us tell you that after the formation of 19 new districts in Rajasthan, the demand for creating a separate state named Maru Pradesh may increase. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has already surprised with the announcement of formation of 19 new districts. It was being speculated that 4-5 new districts would be created in Rajasthan. But now the total number of districts in Rajasthan has gone up to 50. People are no longer considering the formation of a new separate state as impossible.

These districts will be included in the new state.

If Rajasthan is divided into two parts, then the western region can be named Maru region. The districts falling in the Thar desert area can be included in this. Out of 50 districts, more than 17 districts can be included in the new state. Jalore, Barmer, Sanchor, Phalodi, Balotra, Jodhpur West, Jodhpur East, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Anupgarh, Sriganganagar, Pali, Nagaur, Churu, Sikar, Neemkathana and Didwana Kuchaman districts can be part of the new state.

The condition of the people living in West Rajasthan

Significantly, on the one hand, where the per capita income is high in Rajasthan, but if the average of the people living in the districts of West Rajasthan is taken out, then their income is very less. With the formation of a separate state, people expect rapid development. On the other hand, if the new state becomes a desert state, then it can have an area of 2 lakh square kilometers.
