What is 5-fold strategy

Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan has talked about focusing on a 5-fold strategy in view of the coming festive season. He says that during this time festivals and festivals are celebrated in all the states in our country and crowd gathers in it, so caution is necessary to prevent the spread of Kovid-19 infection.
