After visiting the Qutub Minar complex, VHP spokesperson Vinod Bansal said, “We visited major parts of the monument and it was heartbreaking to see the condition of the idols of Hindu deities. Qutub Minar was built from the material found after demolishing 27 temples.

Vinod Bansal said that the glimpse of sculpture and Indian culture here is wonderful. But it was deformed, now it needs to be fixed. Hindu and Jain society should be allowed to worship there by rebuilding the temples.

VHP spokesperson said that efforts should be made at the earliest to correct what went wrong in history. We hope that whether it is government, ASI or any other agency, it will take care of the sentiments of Hindus. We can also approach the court for justice.
