Delegation met with Crown Prince of Bahrain

According to the report, Bahrain's Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa met a delegation of Swami Brahmaviharidas and BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha in the capital Manama on Wednesday and discussed the construction of a BAPS Swaminarayan Hindu temple in Bahrain. This temple is to be built on a land presented by Bahrain on 1 February. Indian Ambassador Piyush Srivastava was also present in this meeting. The meeting was led by Swami Brahmaviharidas, International Coordinator and Head of BAPS Middle East. The delegation also included Swami Akshit Das and BAPS Bahrain President Dr. Prafulla Vaidya.

Message given by PM Narendra Modi

During this meeting, Brahma Viharidas also gave the message of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the Crown Prince, in which Modi has welcomed this historic moment. He also extended the blessings and best wishes of Mahant Swami Maharaj, the global spiritual leader of BAPS, to the Crown Prince.

This temple will welcome people of all religions

On this occasion, Swami Brahmaviharidas said that this temple to be built in Bahrain will welcome people of all religions who want to know and understand Indian traditions and have a place for various cultural and spiritual activities. He also thanked the Crown Prince of Bahrain and Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi for the realization of this temple. He said that this is a very special moment and special for the warm relations and exchange of views between the two countries.
