Jaipur: A heartbreaking case has come to light in Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan. In Bhompura village of the district, a man was murdered by his wife and son together with a sharp-edged weapon. According to the police, the deceased is Ramratan alias Ratnaram Meghwal (51).

Based on the report given by the younger son Vinod (20), a case of murder has been registered against Reshma Devi (45) and elder son Bhajanlal (23), the wife of the deceased. Acting in-charge Poornaram said that late on Monday night, information was received that a person from village Bhompura was brought to the government hospital in Rawatsar in an injured condition, who died. Police inspected Ramratan's house in Bhompura village on Tuesday morning, where blood stains were found.

Police said that when neighbors were questioned, it was found that at around 11 pm on Monday night, there was a fight between Reshma Devi, Ramratan and Bhajanlal over home troubles. Meanwhile, the mother grabbed the father's hand and brother Bhajanlal hit the head and other parts of the body with an ax. His father was seriously injured. The badly injured man was taken by his younger son to the government hospital in Rawatsar with the help of neighbors, where he died shortly after. The police is investigating the matter
