Raushan Anand, the Director of Gyan Bindu GS Academy, has made explosive allegations against the famous educator Faizal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, immediately after being released on bail. Anand, who was arrested in connection with the vandalism at Khan Sir's coaching center, claimed that a deep-rooted conspiracy was hatched against him, while he alleged that his brother was murdered as part of a planned conspiracy involving Faizal Khan and RS Prasad, the owner of Kisan Cold Storage. Raushan Anand stated that while he was out, nothing happened to his brother, but as soon as he was sent to jail, his brother was killed, which he believes is a clear indication of a targeted plot.
Allegations of Firing and Police Inaction
During his interaction with the media, Raushan Anand accused Faizal Khan of lying extensively regarding the events that led to the legal dispute. He categorically denied that any firing took place from his side. Instead, he pointed towards CCTV footage, claiming it clearly shows who was responsible for the firing. According to Anand, it was Faizal Khan who was involved in the firing incident, yet he remains free while others were arrested, while he questioned the Patna Police's decision not to arrest Khan Sir despite having 48 to 72 hours to do so after the case was registered. Anand raised concerns about potential political pressure, asking which leader is protecting Faizal Khan and under whose influence the police are operating.
Demands for CBI Probe and Security
Expressing grave concern for his own safety, Raushan Anand stated that if his brother could be murdered while he was in custody, Faizal Khan could also have him killed. He has formally requested security from the Patna Police. Anand further demanded a high-level investigation into his brother's death, specifically calling for a CBI probe, while he also requested the formation of a high-level committee to oversee a second post-mortem of his brother's body within Bihar to ensure transparency and justice. He expressed his faith in the double-engine government, stating that he believes they will receive justice through a fair investigation.
Character Assassination and Professional Conduct
Raushan Anand didn't hold back in his criticism of Faizal Khan's professional identity. He stated that Khan isn't fit to be called a teacher, labeling him a goon, a murderer, and a conspirator. He accused Khan of deceiving students and mentioned the BPSC case, claiming that while Khan made various statements publicly, he failed to provide any evidence when the matter reached the court. Anand described Faizal Khan as a teacher who only maintains a facade for the public while being involved in criminal activities behind the scenes. He alleged that the incident on June 2 clearly showed who ordered the firing, yet the blame was shifted onto him.
Pressure to Compromise and Threats
The Gyan Bindu GS Academy Director revealed that he was under immense pressure to reach a settlement. He claimed that on June 13, he was repeatedly pressured to compromise and was threatened with dire consequences if he refused. He stated that the murder of his brother was the fulfillment of those threats. Anand also mentioned that a conspiracy was even hatched against him while he was in jail, but he managed to survive due to the vigilance of the jail administration. He accused Faizal Khan of misleading the Patna Police and failing to cooperate with the investigation. Finally, identifying himself as a Sanatani Hindu who follows the path of truth and non-violence, Anand urged students not to be emotionally blackmailed by Faizal Khan's tactics.
