Cricket | The top order in the Indian batting order is fixed for the T20 World Cup 2022 to be held in Australia. KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma will be in the form of openers while Virat Kohli will bat at No. But the strike-rate of all three is not such that everyone can be impressed. Former India wicketkeeper-batsman Saba Karim feels the selectors may have to hold talks with her if the situation continues. Team India has not won the T20 World Cup since 2007. In the top order, Ishaan Kishan and Rituraj Gaikwad are also still in the race.

Saba Karim said in response to a question from Hindustan Times, "It will be a difficult decision for the selectors. At this point of time, I am sure all three Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul and Virat Kohli will be part of the playing XI. He said that Rohit, Kohli and Rahul have enough experience to change their batting mindset and know how to score fast in T20 cricket.

“If such criticisms come from them, then they will have to find a solution so that they come out in a better way,” he said. If this is not the case then the team management or selectors will have to have a tough conversation with the players at the individual level as all three are facing tough challenges. The players we are talking about have enough experience to modify their batting, so it is a good thing for the national team.
