Bollywood / Salman Khan and his sister Alvira accused of cheating, Chandigarh Police summoned

A businessman in Chandigarh has filed a police complaint against Bollywood actor Salman Khan, his sister Alvira Khan Agnihotri and the CEO and other officials of his company Being Human. The businessman has alleged fraud of Rs 3 crore. Businessman Arun Gupta has said in the complaint given to the police that Being Human Company opened a showroom from him in Manimajra, Chandigarh at a cost of Rs 3 crore. Later the goods were not sent to them and the website of the company has also been closed for a long time. He says that the company has not responded to any of his complaints.

He also claimed to have a written agreement with Being Hume. In the complaint, Arun Gupta told that Being Human's jewelery brand is run by a company named Style Quotient Jewelery Private Limited and all the products in their showroom are also from Being Human Company.

Arun Gupta opened this showroom in 2018. In the complaint given to the police, Arun has also given the video of Salman Khan's Bigg Boss in which Salman himself is saying that he has opened a Being Human jewelery showroom in Chandigarh. He has also shown pictures of Salman Khan with his family and told that only on the trust of Salman, he made such a huge investment in this business.

He has told that Salman Khan himself had to come on the opening of the showroom but he could not come due to being busy and sent his brother-in-law Ayush Sharma to the opening in his place. Arun has alleged that the company which has the entire functioning of the Being Human jewelery brand has closed all its offices and websites. The company had promised to provide complete jewelery items, but now it is not happening.

At the same time, the police has issued summons in this entire case. Chandigarh SP City Police Ketan Bansal said that summons have been sent to the officials of Being Human and Jewelery Pvt Ltd including Salman Khan, his sister Alvira and asked them to appear before July 13 and respond. If their reply is not received or the police is not satisfied then further legal action will be taken.
