India / Samrat prithviraj movie release mohan bhagwat to attend special screening

New Delhi : Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat will arrive at the special screening of Bollywood film 'Samrat Prithviraj' on Friday. The news has been confirmed by actor Akshay Kumar playing the lead role in the film. Earlier, Union Home Minister Amit Shah also attended the screening of the film. The film is based on the bravery and life of an Indian king.

Kumar, actress Manushi Chhillar and director Chandraprakash Dwivedi will also be present at the screening. The actor said, 'This is our attempt to tell about the true warrior Samrat Prithviraj, who sacrificed his life for India's freedom and stood against the invaders. It is an honor for us that Mohan Bhagwat ji will witness this historic performance.

The director of the film Dwivedi said, 'The life of Emperor Prithviraj Chauhan is an example for every Indian. When the invaders came to attack our motherland, he stood up and fought them. Our country has been under constant attack from forces known and unknown and it is important for the youth of the country to understand this. We have to make India strong and I hope our film will inspire everyone. We are grateful that Mohan Bhagwat ji is watching our effort to retell history in a real way.

Kumar played the role of Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan in the film. Whereas, Manushi is in the role of Sanyogita. The film is releasing on Saturday in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
