Lok Sabha Election: Seat distribution among the parties of India Alliance is now becoming final. The leaders of the parties are sitting among themselves and resolving the disputes. In this sequence, seat sharing has been decided between Aam Aadmi Party and Congress for the Lok Sabha elections. However, there is no consensus between the two parties regarding seat sharing in Punjab.

Meeting held at Mallikarjun Kharge's residence

On Saturday, AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal had a meeting with Congress leaders at the residence of Mallikarjun Kharge. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, KC Venugopal, Arvind Kejriwal and Raghav Chadha attended this meeting. After this meeting, quoting sources, news came that the matter regarding seats in all other states has been finalized but the matter regarding Punjab is stuck.

Kejriwal wanted to meet for a long time

Sources said that since the time the Delhi Amendment Bill was being brought in the Parliament, Arvind Kejriwal was seeking an appointment with Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge. But then I did not get time. After this, even in the first meeting of India Alliance in Patna, Rahul Gandhi had clearly refused to meet with Kejriwal. After which this meeting has become possible today on Saturday.

This meeting was considered important

According to sources, the final approval on seat sharing was to be taken in the meeting with Kharge itself. In that respect, today's meeting was considered important. However, information about who has got how many seats in which state has not been given at present. But it is believed that in Punjab also the talks between both the parties are in the final stages and a decision will be taken soon.

Kejriwal had announced to fight with full force in many states

Let us tell you that before this, Arvind Kejriwal has announced to contest elections with full strength in states like Gujarat, Punjab and Delhi. After which it was believed that perhaps he was angry with the India alliance. But some people believed that this was Kejriwal's strategy to put pressure on other allies including Congress. So that they can get more seats in many states.
