Varanasi. In the case of Gyanvapi Masjid and Shringar Gauri Temple dispute, the survey and photography work was completed peacefully by the Advocate Commissioner on the orders of the Court. Now on Tuesday, May 17, the court commissioner will present his report. Meanwhile, Vishnushankar Jain, son of Supreme Court advocate Harishankar Jain, claims that Shivling has been found in the Vazukhana of Gyanvapi Masjid. After which, Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar of Varanasi Civil Court sealed the place of Shivling and handed it over to CRPF.

Let us inform that an application was filed, in which advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain said that Shivling was found during the survey. After which the Varanasi Civil Court has ordered to seal the place. The Varanasi Civil Court has asked the district administration to seal the place where the Shivling was found. No one should be allowed to go while the Shivling is protected and protected. However, the Muslim side is rejecting all the claims. He says that there is nothing like this and the report is yet to be presented before the court.

Vazukhana now handed over to CRPF

It is worth noting that now a new twist has come in this case. Now in this case, the Wazukhana has now been handed over to the CRPF. Now this petition will be heard separately. Now it has to be seen that when the report is presented in the court on Tuesday, what decision the judge gives will be important. Meanwhile, the matter will also be heard in the Supreme Court on May 17. Now it remains to be seen what is the decision of the court. Whether the report will be public or not will be decided by the Supreme Tuesday.

Court gave this order

Vishnu Jain is the son of senior Supreme Court advocate Harishankar Jain. This application of his was accepted by the court, in which it has been claimed that Shivling has been found from the premises. This application was accepted by the court and the District Magistrate Banaras has been ordered to seal the place where the Shivling has been received with immediate effect and the entry of any person is prohibited in the sealed place. District Magistrate Varanasi and Police Commissioner, Police Commissionerate Banaras and CRPF Commandant Banaras are ordered that the complete personal responsibility of protecting and keeping the place sealed will be considered as the personal responsibility of all the above officers. The responsibility of supervising what has been done by the local administration in respect of the above sealed place will be the responsibility of Director General of Police, Police Headquarters, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow and Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. The suit clerk is ordered to ensure that the copy of this order be sent to the concerned officer, to appear for hearing on the commission report.
