Swati Maliwal Case: As the investigation in the case of assault on Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal is progressing, the political temperature is increasing in Delhi. After the arrest of Bibhav Kumar, accused of assault from the residence of Chief Minister Kejriwal, he was interrogated for 4 hours. Late night the police presented Bibhav in Tis Hazari court. The court has sent Bibhav on police remand for 5 days. Here, CM Kejriwal and AAP MLAs will go to BJP headquarters today. Along with this, arrest has been announced at BJP headquarters. Delhi Police has tightened security arrangements regarding this. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has said that entry and exit at ITO metro station will remain closed till further notice.

Regarding Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's demonstration, Delhi Police says that Aam Aadmi Party has not sought any permission from the police. Still, if Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party hold any kind of protest, they will not be allowed to go beyond the Aam Aadmi Party office. Earlier, Kejriwal said that I am coming to BJP headquarters at 12 o'clock along with all my big leaders, MLAs and MPs, whoever you want to put in jail, put them in jail. Put them in jail together.

CM Kejriwal says that BJP has gone after the leaders of Aam Aadmi Party. In the Swati Maliwal case, Delhi Police on Saturday arrested Arvind Kejriwal's close aide and former PA Bibhav Kumar. Since then, Aam Aadmi Party has become more aggressive against the central government.

Aam Aadmi Party is included in the Andy alliance. After this matter, Congress has also distanced itself from it. Congress leader Pawan Kheda has said that Congress's stand is clear on the misbehavior of women. CM Kejriwal has been avoiding questions in this matter. Recently, during the press conference with Akhilesh Yadav, he was seen moving the mic. Now Swati's ex-husband Naveen Jaihind has raised questions regarding his behavior and has called Kejriwal the mastermind of the Maliwal assault case and has demanded his arrest.

Regarding Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal protesting outside the BJP headquarters along with party workers, Congress leader Salman Khurshid said, 'It is not an easy thing to directly challenge a sitting Prime Minister. I think that the feeling which is in the mind of him and his colleagues will also be there in the mind of the general public and he will definitely get the support of many people in this.

Congress distanced itself from AAP, BJP became the attacker

After Bibhav's arrest, Swati Maliwal's case is becoming heated. BJP is busy cornering Kejriwal. After Vibhav's arrest, BJP is considering CM Arvind Kejriwal as an equal accused in this case.

Swati Maliwal's allegations

Swati Maliwal has once again said that first Bibhav beat her mercilessly. Slapping and kicking, when I freed myself I called 112, then went out and called security and started making video. Swati wrote on X, 'I was screaming and telling the security that Bibhav had beaten me very brutally. That entire long part of the video was edited. Only 50 seconds were released when I was frustrated trying to convince the security. Now you have formatted the phone and deleted the entire video? CCTV footage is also missing. There is a limit to the conspiracy also.
