Vodafone Idea will issue shares at ₹12.50 apiece in the rights issue. The news plunged Vodafone Idea shares by as much as 8.59%. Vodafone Idea Ltd, India's largest telecom firm by subscribers, on Wednesday approved terms for its rights issue worth ₹25,000 crore ($3.63 billion). The company will issue shares at ₹12.50 apiece, it said in a statement. Benchmark Sensex remained little changed at 38,368.27 points.
