PM Modi in Telangana: Inauguration of fertilizer plant in Ramagundam, Telangana. After inaugurating the fertilizer plant, PM Modi while addressing the public meeting said that, after the commissioning of this plant, thousands and lakhs of farmers here will benefit. He said that today the central government is running development schemes worth more than 10 thousand crore rupees in Telangana. The direct benefit of these schemes is proving to be helpful for the farmers and their agriculture to flourish.

'When the world is suffering from economic slowdown, then we are moving forward'

Addressing the gathering, PM Modi said that even though the whole world is facing economic slowdown after the Corona pandemic, India's economy is moving towards becoming the third largest economy in the world. He said that, experts believe that, the development that we have done in the last 8 years, which has been removed in several decades, will happen in the coming few years. PM Modi said that, along with the change in the government, there is a change in the thinking of the common people as well. Today, there is tremendous growth in the country's infrastructure in the direction of making a new India. Investments are coming into the country. Business is being made easy here and the government is working more in this direction.

'Rs 9.5 lakh crore spent to give fertilizers to farmers'

PM Modi said that the central government spent about Rs 9.5 lakh crore in the last 8 years to provide cheap and better fertilizers to the farmers of the country. At the same time, Rs 2.5 lakh will be spent by the government this year. PM Modi told that, a plant established in Uttar Pradesh is working in Gorakhpur and from today it will also start working. He said that, when all the five fertilizer plants are commissioned across the country, 60 lakh tonnes of urea will be available to the farmers, which will save huge amount of money.

'Some people engaged in spreading rumors for political interest'

Attacking the opposition, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that some people constantly tell lies to serve their political interests. Spreading rumors to mislead people. But while spreading rumors and lying, he forgets that he will be caught. PM Modi said that the public should not believe in rumors and lies at all.
