Kapil Raj was also involved in the arrest of the then Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren. Hemant Soren had filed a complaint against ED Additional Director Kapil Raj, Assistant Director Devvrat Jha, Anupam Kumar and others at Ranchi's ST-SC police station against the raid at his Delhi residence.

After the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, ED will present him in Rouse Avenue Court today. ED had taken Arvind Kejriwal straight from his residence to his office.
