There are 88 cases registered against Azam Khan, out of which there is also a case of getting Waqf Board land wrongly in his favor. In August 2019, a case was filed by journalist Allama Jamir Naqvi in ​​Lucknow. Later this case was transferred to Azim Nagar police station in Rampur.
